Custom Security and Investigations, L.L.C. now features an additional service of supervised visitations.
I understand there is a need for supervised visitations services for non-custodial parents. Our services
include transportation of the child/ren to and from visits, consistent monitoring of the visits, and
documentation of the visits. Goal setting and results of the established goals are part of this
documentation.
To understand my background better, I graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor of Science
degree in Criminal Justice. I have work experience in this field which includes 7 years as a Child
Protective Services Worker for Nebraska Health and Human Services. I have provided supervision of
visitations through a mental health agency, also providing community treatment aid services to children
and families through that same agency. Over the past 6+ years, I have worked with adults with mental
illnesses and substance abuse issues as an Emergency Community Support Worker through Mary
Lanning Memorial Hospital. These have been experiences which and been both educational and
rewarding.

Terms and Conditions of Supervised Visitations
The Supervised Visitations Provider (SVP) will supervise the entirety of the visitation. All conversations will be monitored and subject
to documentation by the SVP.
The SVP will provide all transportation for the child(ren) directly involved in the visitation. The SVP will provide only transportation for
the child(ren). If the visitation involves an outing, the parents will follow separately in their own vehicle. Should the SVP have any
safety concerns prior to or during the outing, the outing can be denied or terminated.
No unauthorized visitors will be allowed at the time of the visit or at pickup/dropoff. Unless previously arranged by attorneys, only
biological parents and children are considered authorized visitors.
If supervised visits are court ordered, neither parent will be allowed to revoke or change the visitation plan. Should the visiting parent
be late, the SVP will wait 15 minutes past the scheduled visitation time. After the 15 minute wait, the visit will be terminated, with a
resulting charge of one-half (½) of the total visitation fee, paid by the parent whom did not show for the visit. Tardiness on the part of
the visiting parent will not be made up.
Client is required to notify the SVP of emergency cancellations within 3 hours of the scheduled visit time. Failure to notify the SVP
before that time will result in a charge of one-half (½) of
visitation fee for the length of the scheduled visit.
The cost for SVP services will be $30.00 per hour including travel time. Client is required to pay 48.5 cents per mile outside of the city
limits. Payment for the SVP services must be paid prior to the visitation. Service will not be provided until paid in advance. Payments
must be made in cash or money order only. Money orders must be made payable to Custom Security and Investigations, LLC.
Visitations will not take place on major holidays unless previously arranged. The charge for holiday visitations will be $40.0 per hour.
The same terms and conditions apply to holiday visits as non-holiday visits.
The SVP will terminate a visit for physical or emotional safety concerns, including but not limited to the following: inappropriate
language or conversations, physical discipline, and drug/ alcohol intoxication. Law enforcement will be contacted, if the client is
unwilling to accept termination of the visit. Conversations regarding court hearings or proceedings are unacceptable during the visit.
Negative discussion of the other parent(s) is/are unacceptable during the visit.
The SVP will not attend court hearings unless formally subpoenaed. The SVP will provide only factual information to the court.
Documentation of visits will be provided to the attorneys.
If Visitation occurs during mealtime, the client is responsible for providing the meal to the child(ren).
The SVP reserves the right to cancel visitation for personal leave with no charge to the client.
The SVP reserves the right to refuse anyone services.
The SVP or client may terminate this agreement at any time for any reasons.
